Constructed at Gulshan-2, one of the most posh areas of the city, Marium Tower-1 is a monument of excellence. It is situated in Baridhara Diplomatic Area, at close proximity of Gulshan Lake. This high rise tower was the first condominium in Bangladesh.

This project was undertaken and finished by Alam Ahmed when he was 28 years old.
